  The breakfast was the standard quality. Nothing really jumped off the page to me from this restaurant. The meal came a little slowly, but not an overly long wait. The server forgot to refill the coffee and had to ask again. Overall, for an economic and close to hotel breakfast or if you have children, I would recommend.

  To much expensive for the cheap meal. Sorry but it wasn't a good food there. I was there only because i win a gift card and it they only reason i be there. Never again for sure.

  Very good experience. Great service, we had one of the owner's son's. Had very good conversation with him, very polite. Very patient when we tried pronouncing things. Very good selection of fancier alcohol/bottles. Wonderful place.

  Fantastic service! Our entire experience was amazing, the host, as well as our waiter Ollie, were extremely personable, welcoming and engaging. The environment was warm and intimate. The food was absolutely fabulous, we shared a fondue for 2 to start, bread was fresh and soft, and the cheese rich and flavourful. Entrees we had were the gnocchi with smoked duck in walnut sauce, probably the greatest tasting meal I've ever had, and my boyfriend had the chicken stuffed with goat cream cheese and breaded with hazlenut crumbs. Dessert was of course chocolate fondue, my favorite to dip was their banana bread. Will absolutely come back next time we're in Banff and for sure recommend to friends!

  Portion size was relatively small when gauged against the pricing. The service was friendly and polite albeit slow. The Gnocchi with hazelnut sauce was very good I would order it again, however the garlic shrimp pasta does not say it is very spicy on the menu and it is. The menu needs to clarify this and the decor of the restaurant is dated and tired.
  
  I would call this place average, it is nothing special nor is it bad.
