  Great service, our room was not quite ready when we checked in at the Fairmont, so we had a drink and a snack while we waited.

  The view was stunning! I would go back for the view! Afternoon tea was ...somewhat disappointing. I loved their tea selection but scone, pastry stuff was disappointing. It would have been better if it was warm. It was worse than what 3 star hotel in London, UK serves.

  I had afternoon tea with my sister and good friend this past Sunday at the Rundle Lounge. We were completely impressed. The views from the tea room are stunning and the staff are highly attentive and kind. Both guests that were with me have serious allergy issues, and these were handled so professionally by the kitchen and servers that we left saying how nice it was to feel like we didn't have to worry at all about whether the food would be safe. The tea was lovely, the set-up was very sweet and the food was all fantastic. We will be back.

  OMG how bad can food get? This hotel should be ashamed of this only lunchtime offering -worse than the worst regional Irish pub. The founders would be turning in their graves. I'm sorry but this is a truth you have to hear. For gods sake subsidise one of the decent restaurants in your gorgeous glamorous building to open for lunch and market it for them.
  Drinks are great!
