  After climbing sulphur mountain in Banff I was incredibly ravenous and looking for somewhere to eat as the sun started going down and before I started my long drive back to Calgary. Being a vegetarian in Canada can be no easy task but after seeing toques Monday special of a pie and mash for 12 bucks and hearing a group of excited Australians I thought I'd give it a try. The restaurant describes itself as a Canadian pub but it certainly wasn't what I was expecting with a very modern feel but I still very much liked it. After sitting myself I was served within 5vminutes and recommended a local beer which was excellent and my food was on my table within 10 minutes and was fantastic I had the veggie pie with garlic mash and the only criticism is the mash was a little cold but otherwise delicious and the pie was fantastic I went away feeling full and would highly recommend there's also lots of fun things to do like pool which having been on my own I didn't get to do I'll be back at the end of the month on my next trip to Banff!!

  Dropped in for a quick drink. Nice staff and quick service. Looks like a good place for big groups or just to meet with a few friends.

  Bison burger was pretty good, as was the service. Music was played at a volume that wasn't at 11; you could actually hear the person across the table. So a good overall experience and a recommended place for dinner and drinks.

  Went for supper, meals got screwed up. Server was pissed when we sent our steaks back due to overcooking. Manager dude had to come when 40 min had passed with no replacement meals. He had our meals out in a few min and provided us a shot as an apology but the meal was crap and the shots were weak..
