  This restaurant is located in the Inns of Banff. I went there today for the breakfast brunch buffet around 9am. Well, were do I begin. I hate to say that it was my worst buffet experiences. The orange juice had run out with all the pulp clogging the spout. I told the server that they were out of orange juice. Nothing was done about it. The french toast was the worst I have had. The scrambled eggs were weird, too. But the worst part was I felt for what was offered the price was on the high price of $14. I would have been better off ordering from the menu were it would have been fresh and the price payed for that perticular dish.

  Awful experience. There was only 4 other tables besides us and we didn't get any of our drinks (all we ordered was a water, coke and ceasar) for over 40 minutes. We finally waved down one of the servers and asked if we could cancel our drinks and get our food packed up. She rudely said that our drinks are ready at the bar but didn't even bother to go get them for us. And another server came over and told us that they were very 'busy'. No apologies or anything. When the food came it was not even mediocre. Definitely NOT worth the wait. Service was awful. We will not be back!
