  I have been to bison multiple times, cause it is the best restaurant in Banff. The food is unreal, drinks are amazing servers are some of the best and the atmosphere is the unreal for a night out keep doing what you're doing bison

  Nice place to eat... A little on the expensive side. However I don't mind paying for good food. I had the Bison carpaccio. Also the bison burger. Staff are friendly and would recommend coming here.

  The food was delicious and well presented, and the prices were reasonable too! I came here to celebrate my birthday on a weekend away. I ordered the bison steak and I definitely recommend that dish. The only thing keeping me from giving this restaurant 5 stars is that the music was a bit loud, and the chairs were big armchairs that we sank into, so it was hard to have a conversation. But overall, a really beautiful restaurant.

  We came here with no reservation on a Friday but was still able to get a table. The atmosphere is really nice, service was great and they have a fairly impressive drink selection. All their ingredients are from Canadian farms which is neat. This place has a mouth-watering menu that tastes even better than it sounds!
