  They make everything in house and it is amazing! We had their corn bread to start and cornbread gelato which were delicious. Literally everything on the menu is worth the price. Staff is terrific. Will definitely visit again and suggest everyone try Park at some point. (If you enjoy gin, this place makes the best!)

  Chicken sandwich very good. Apricot beer very tasty. My wife ordered once and the restaurant was out of the meal and they were also out of her second choice. This is not really their fault. So yeah, my salad actually had a live and very angry spider in it toward the bottom. The staff was very accommodating and took care of us and the a portion of the bill. My rating of the place does not reflect the spider incident.

  Ordered the twenty five dollar burger and it was completely overcooked. Charred on one side, dry in the middle. Waitress took off $2.50 for the issue, but the burger was still no where near a twenty-two fifty burger. Was really disappointed because that was the most expensive burger I've ever purchased and it was not anywhere worth it. Was worth about 12 dollars max. Other than that, nice place to chill.

  We ate here twice last time we were in Banff. This place has a mini distillery inside and gives tours at certain times during the day. They even have a mini liquor store you can buy their distilled booze from. The drinks are on the high end but are unique,delicious and worth a try. The food is amazing, if you get a chance try the smoked brisket poutine. The service was amazing and the servers were very knowledgable.

  Great time at Park Distillery. Our server was knowledgeable and super friendly. I had the Steak Sandwich, and my wife had the Trout. Amazing mashed potatoes and fantastic booze. Can't be beat. We'll be back.
