  Nice coffee shop, excellent croissants, good coffee (quite unusual in Canada!), but service poor and slow, music too loud, especially for a place with this kind of... atmosphere

  Brilliant, hospitable, and friendly staff! I come to Banff on many occasions and this is always the stop that I go to. It's a cute little shop and I always look forward to coming back!

  Good coffee shop. But there's better in town. Pastries are average and it's staffed with Australians and young transient workers who don't seem to care too much about their job... Go to White Bark cafe or Wild Flour instead.
